MadeLynn Rose is now One Month old! It has been quite an amazing month!
Birth:
From day one, MadeLynn was a happy, alert baby. She was already holding her head up and keeping her eyes open. She was so adorable! She made so many noises! She slept in her crib on the first night; she slept so soundly on her belly.
Week 1
She is such a strong little girl. At only one week old she was able to hold herself up for pictures. She wobbled a bit but did such a great job of keeping her body up. She went to doctor's appointments and went shopping all at only a few days old.
Week 2
Week 3
At three weeks MadeLynn started smiling and laughing in her sleep. Her personality was starting to show. She got to celebrate her first holiday, Easter and meet her Aunt Jaimee and cousin Camron. She eats well and sleeps in her crib or on mommy and daddy's chest.
Week 4
And here she is...my big one month old!
Height/Weight:She is 10lbs 13.9 oz and 22.9in long
Routine: She has a morning alert time between 6am-8am. During that time I talk to her and smile with her. She then takes her longest nap until around noon. Then she has another alert time and that's when we take pictures, have tummy time and go on shopping trips. She will then take an evening nap, eat, play with Daddy and then sleep/eat, sleep/eat through the night.
Sleeping: She usually sleeps 2-3 hours but sometimes throws a 20 minute nap in there and have a longer alert time.
Eating/Feeding:She eats every 1-3 hours. She is just like a big kid...she occasionally just needs a little snack
Sizes: 0-3 month tops and newborn bottoms
Milestones: She can smile, hold her head up and giggle...without the noise. She is always so happy after a feeding and she smiles when she first sees someone.
